Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related degree or Equivalent Experience. • Sanitation Supervisory experience in a food processing plant/facility preferred. • Expert knowledge in CIP & COP cleaning techniques. • Excellent communication skills and ability to interface at all levels. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems and software. • Training in FSMA, PCQI is preferable. Responsibility: • Input Bill of Material Data, for new products or adjustment of current, in the JD Edwards accounting module to achieve proper manufacturing costs reporting. Work with plant production to insure BOMs remain accurate • Overall responsibility of understanding of all costs associated with the plant production and support process. • Analyze and report, in detail, any financial variances, either positive or negative, explaining causes and inputting potential solutions. • Create and audit correct product costing reports of new or existing products for sales R & D and other support management • Review and approve all daily transactions associated with plant production • Maintain total control and responsibility of plant inventories, Materials, Ingredients and finished product.
